This guide will walk you through the process of uploading and managing photos and videos, ensuring that your digital memorial is a beautiful, living tribute.

Step 1: Accessing Your Memorial Profile

•     Log in to your 4everloved account.
•     Navigate to the ‘My Memorials’ section.
•     Select the profile you wish to add photos or videos to.

Step 2: Uploading Photos and Videos

•     Click on the ‘Add Memories’ button.
•     In the drop-down menu, select ‘Upload Photos/Videos’.
  •     Choose files from your device or drag and drop them into the designated area.
  •     Note: You can upload JPEG, PNG, GIF for photos and MP4, MOV for videos. Each file should not exceed 10MB.

Step 3: Organizing Your Media

•     Once uploaded, you can organize your media.
•     Drag and drop to rearrange the order.
•     Create albums by selecting multiple photos/videos and clicking on ‘Create Album’.
•     Give your album a meaningful title and a brief description.

Step 4: Editing and Enhancing

•     To edit a photo or video, hover over it and click on the ‘Edit’ icon.

•     Adjust privacy settings by clicking the ‘Settings’ icon on each media.

•     Remove outdated or irrelevant photos/videos to keep the memorial fresh and meaningful.
•     Remember to back up your media regularly.
